Make time for yourself
Who will take care of you if you don't take care of yourself?
Spend time doing the things that fill your bucket.
Stop doing the things that cause leaks in your bucket (or at the very least, find ways to minimize the holes - after all, laundry will always be a necessary chore).
Make time for yourself.
