Life Lately: December 2024

I love just watching Hudson-in-the-wild. He is a great helper around the house (and is no longer scared of the vacuum cleaner 🙌) and is absolutely fascinated by construction vehicles of all kind. You may not be able to see it in the photo, but his tablet is playing videos about construction trucks. We are also still doing our Mommy-Hudson Wednesday Restaurant Dates — it continues to be the highlight of my week.

Holden and I dressed up and went to the Realtracs Christmas Party. We clean up good! 💄

Not exactly shown: When Holden picked me up, he actually had to squat down to fit in the picture frame because he’s so tall! 😆

Christmas 2024 was a big one in the Hughes household. Hudson made out like a bandit, for sure.

New drum set (electronic pads, for the sanity of us and our neighbors). New golf clubs. Hot Wheels. Pretty much everything he wanted!
